Join fellow alumni, students, faculty and staff October 12-15, 2017 for a celebration of TU’s rich history and reconnect with your alma mater during Homecoming 2017. The Golden Hurricane Football team will take on the University of Houston at H.A. Chapman Stadium on Saturday, October 14.
The festivities will kick off on Thursday with the Distinguished Alumni Celebration, culminating Saturday with the big game versus Houston at a time to be announced. Other TU traditions include the Bonfire and Pep Rally, TU on Tap, the Homecoming Tent Party and numerous reunions. We look forward to welcoming you home!

The Tulsa Chapter of the TU Alumni Association invites alumni and friends to TU Uncorked on Friday, June 9, 2017 at the Donald W. Reynolds Center. The wine festival will raise funds for the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, which supports need-based students in the Tulsa area. Over the past 12 years, the event has raised more than $800,000.
This year’s Honorary Chairs are Julie and Sanjay (BS ’92) Meshri. The event is chaired by Anna (BSBA ’02) and Michael (BSBA ’00, MBA ’03) Krupka. The Event Chairs-elect are Jennifer (BS ’01) and John (BCE ’01) Laeger.
Houston Alumni Chapter President Thomas Porter (BSBA ’14) accepted the TU Alumni Association’s 2015-16 Chapter of the Year Award from Alumni Association President Katie Ahrens (BS ’01, MSF ’02) during Homecoming 2016 for the second consecutive year. The chapter, led by a board of 20 alumni, earned the award by cultivating relationships with alumni in the Houston area through programming that supports the mission of the TU Alumni Association. The chapter hosted events to support athletics, TU admission efforts and to provide community service outreach. Other chapters that qualified for “gold status” included Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Washington, D.C.
TU Day is a nationwide effort of Alumni Association chapters and clubs partnering with philanthropic organizations in their communities for a day of service. In April 2017, 11 chapters and clubs gathered to volunteer at local nonprofit organizations.
